Adaptations' in-store business hours are between 10am and 5pm Monday through Friday. We schedule personalized/one-on-one shopping appointments between 11am and 4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and can accommodate other requests as needed. Unscheduled visitors may be asked to wait.

Return Policy

Products may be exchanged or returned for refund within 30 days of purchase (14 days for select digital magnifiers and technology products) with an original receipt ONLY if the items are in resalable condition; all manufacturer packaging, instructions, warranty paperwork and/or accessories must be intact and returned in new condition.

In the case of a returned item, we reserve the right to refuse credit if product is not in the aforementioned, resalable condition.
