* Simply insert the probe of the thermometer into your food and press the button to switch on the thermometer.
* Within a minute or two, the results are spoken aloud twice in a clear, female voice.
* Hold down the power switch for 10 seconds to power the thermometer off.
* To clean, wash the probe with soapy water and a sponge; do not submerge the entire thermometer. Not dishwasher safe.
* Runs on 2 AA batteries which are not included.
